The committee meets via conference call, contributes to the Research Library, coordinates white papers, assists in the development of special topic workshops for the chapters, and organizes national webinars. The Education Committee includes representatives from each regional chapter in addition to volunteers. Chapters must obtain approval for education events from the Education Committee and the Board of Directors. A Committee Chair serves as the facilitator and organizer.

The past Industry Chair and Secretary serve as Elections Chairs, with an officer (Past President or assigned officer) from each chapter assisting the efforts. Each chapter will designate either its Chapter's Past President or Chapter Secretary to serve on the Election and Nomination Committee. The committee shall meet via conference call bi-annually and with greater frequency as needed during the election processes that occur during the fourth quarter annually.

Each Chapter designates a Chapter Officer or  Representative on this committee as a national effort to obtain nominations of exceptional members for relevant awards. Members of the association may volunteer to serve on the committee to contribute to the organization’s awards program. A Committee Chair serves as the facilitator and organizer to submit all nominations to the Board of Directors for review and approval. 

Each Chapter has a designated Chapter Membership Liaison who serves on the committee. Additional volunteers serve to contribute to chapter growth. The committee ensures consistency in member services across all chapters and leads the annual membership drive in their local market.
